New Radon Testing as of January 1st, 2019

Pricing for Homes Requiring multiple monitors

Regulations of the Minnesota Department of Health radon licensing law require that homes with multiple foundation types require multiple simultaneous radon tests. Please note this is a requirement by the state. Measurement providers MAY NOT run a single test device when more are required, EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A SINGLE TEST. Measurement providers are bound to these laws or face the potential of losing their license. Requiring multiple test devices for testing a single home complicates the pricing. Often, the number of testing devices required cannot be determined until we are in the home.

Unfortunately, deploying, retrieving, and analyzing more test leads to increased costs. The new pricing covers if one or more measurement devices are used.

(Effective for Tests Started on or After March 1st, 2019):

New Pricing:  $175
